My radio will not talk to the other radios.

Follow the instructions for your specific radio below:

CLS1410:  Please check to see both radios are on the same channel.

CLS1110:  Please turn the working radio on and on the right hand side note the number above FREQ. and the number that follows. Repeat on the non-working radio. If the FREQ. and the number after do not match, the radios are not programmed the same.

If you have followed these steps and confirmed the above for your radio, you may need to reprogram your radio.  Follow the programming radio steps in this link to program the non-working radio.
