My radio has no volume?

Test the radio with the earpiece in and turn up the volume.

Turn the radio off and then on, if there is no noise in the earpiece, this earpiece is bad. Try testing the radio with a different earpiece.

If you use the radio without an earpiece, test the radio by turning it off and on. If you do not hear noise, the radio needs to be replaced.
