If, by serial number, it can be determined that the part was purchased within two years, you may receive a warranty covered replacement.
Accessories
If, by serial number, it can be determined that the part was purchased within one year, you may receive a warranty covered replacement. Covered under the one year program are:
- battery
- multi-unit charging tray
- single unit charging tray
- holster
Not covered are:
- earpiece with inline PTT & mic
